How is my caviar shipped to ensure freshness?

All orders are shipped via overnight delivery in custom-designed insulated thermal packaging with frozen gel packs to maintain the ideal temperature until arrival.

How long will the caviar stay fresh after delivery?

Unopened tins stored in the coldest part of your refrigerator (30-34°F) will remain fresh for approximately 4 to 6 weeks. Once opened, we recommend consuming within 24 to 48 hours for optimal flavor.

Do you offer international shipping?

Due to the perishable nature of our products and strict CITES regulations regarding the export of sturgeon roe, we currently only ship within the United States.

What is your return policy for perishable items?

As we sell highly perishable luxury goods, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact our concierge within 24 hours for a resolution.
